A construction method of a reinforced earth retaining wall for a cutting slope is provided to shorten working hours and to cut down on the cost by stabilizing a cutting slope and installing geogrid and ground reinforcement materials to the stabilized cutting slope using a fastener. A construction method of a reinforced earth retaining wall for a cutting slope comprises the steps of: cutting the in-situ ground in a slope structure and installing ground reinforcement members composed of earth anchors or soil nails to the slope to the appointed depth, thereby stabilizing a slope(S1); forming excavation grooves on the front of the cutting slope at the construction site for a retaining wall using an excavator, and placing backing materials to the excavation grooves(S2); fixing a pressure plate to the front of the lowermost ground reinforcement material, arranging plural horizontal reinforcing bars at the backside of the pressure plate and binding the pressure plate and the horizontal reinforcing bars using pressure plate fixing clips(S3); installing many armor materials to the upper part of the backing materials in order by an adhesive unit(S4); fixing one end of geogrid between the armor material and the armor material, and extending the other end of the geogrid to the appointed length and winding round the horizontal reinforcing bars bound into the pressure plate, and then re-inserting to the upper part of the armor material fixed with one end of the geogrid, and fixing to the upper side of geogrid using anchor pins or wires(S5); and filling broken stones in a space between the armor material attached with the geogrid and the slope(S6).
