PURPOSE: A construction method of a reinforced soil retaining wall using a reinforcement column and a concrete block is provided to stably and easily perform excavation work and to reduce construction time through dual reinforcing work. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a reinforced soil retaining wall using a reinforcement column and a concrete block is as follows. A reinforcement column(10) is installed in the ground where a reinforced soil retaining wall will be installed. A front slope, in which the reinforcement column is installed, is excavated. A reinforcement unit is installed from the front to the rear of the reinforcement column and fixes the reinforcement column to the ground. Concrete blocks(40) are stacked up at a position separated from the front of the reinforcement column.
