A service system and a management server system for a national cemetery, and an operating method thereof are provided to enable people to send donation for the national cemetery and join in/check management of the national cemetery at anytime/anywhere by using a mobile terminal. A mobile terminal(10) receives/checks a result through the mobile network by requesting a burial record of each grave of the national cemetery, sending the donation for the national cemetery, and joining in a service community for the national cemetery. A management server(40) collects needed information from internal/external servers and converts/transmits the collected information to the mobile terminal when a request is received from the mobile terminal. A national cemetery server(50) provides management/operation state information of the national cemetery in real-time by the request of the management server. A national patriot/veteran affairs server(60) provides patriot/veteran information of each grave of the national cemetery in real-time by the request of the management server.
