LUSTERLESS UV CURING COMPOSITION FOR WRITING BOARD AND LUSTERLESS FILM FOR WRITING BOARD COATED THE COMPOSITION

A lusterless UV curing composition for a writing board is provided to produce lusterless films having excellent solvent resistance, scratch resistance, erasability, writability, and adhesion. A lusterless UV curing composition for a writing board comprises 3-30 parts by weight of a flatting agent, 40-70 parts by weight of a UV-curable hexafunctional oligomer, 3-20 parts by weight of a UV-curable monofunctional to trifunctional oligomer, 10-20 parts by weight of a UV-curable monomer, 0.2-1.5 parts by weight of a UV-curable surface controller, and 3-10 parts by weight of a hardener. A lusterless film for a writing board is obtained by coating the upside of a polyethylene terephthalate film substrate with the lusterless UV curing composition in a thickness of 3-40 micron to form a lusterless layer.
