A fuel hose for automobiles, and a method for preparing the fuel hose are provided to lower the penetration of fuel and to reinforce the strength of a fuel hose. A fuel hose is prepared by mixing 30-90 parts by weight of a batch rubber comprising at least one selected from a natural rubber, a polybutadiene rubber, a polystyrene-butadiene rubber, a polyacrylonitrile rubber, a chloroprene rubber, a polyisoprene rubber, a polyisoprene-isobutylene copolymer, an ethylene-propylene rubber, an ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber, a chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, an acrylic rubber, an ethylene-acrylate copolymer, an epichlorohydrin rubber and a fluorocarbon rubber, 2-60 parts by weight of a nanoclay comprising a polar nanoclay, an apolar nanoclay or their mixture, and 2-30 parts by weight of a process oil to obtain 2-70 parts by weight of a nanoclay composite; mixing it with 30-98 parts by weight of a rubber material comprising an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and a poly(vinyl chloride) rubber in a ratio of 70:30 by weight and 38.5-111 parts by weight of a mixing agent; and adding 0.1-5 parts by weight of sulfur and 1.5-9 parts by weight of a curing accelerator based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture comprising the nanoclay composite, the rubber material and the mixing agent to cure the mixture.
