The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a fuel hose and a fuel hose using the same and, more specifically, to a rubber composition for an ultra low permeability fuel hose with improved adhesion with a fluorine resin layer and having excellent fuel permeability resistance, and an ultra low permeability fuel hose using the same. The rubber composition for an ultra low permeability fuel hose has excellent fuel penetration compared to conventional fuel hoses, secures assemblability by reducing the thickness of a fluorine-based resin and has excellent fuel permeability resistance, and secures chemical adhesion in the cross-linking of rubber without special adhesion processes and treatment with a polychlorotrifluoroethylene (CPT, fluorine-based resin) which is excellent in a mixed fuel. To this end, the rubber composition consists of an internal layer, an intermediate layer, and an external layer.
