A method for displaying speed and travel distance in a speedometer and an odometer of a vehicle cluster is provided to calculate the speed and travel distance using wheel speed signals received from wheel speed sensors. A method for displaying speed and travel distance in a speedometer and an odometer of a vehicle cluster comprises a first step of receiving wheel speed signals of four wheels of a vehicle from an ABS ECU, and a second step of determining if the received wheel speed signals are effective, calculating an average value of the effective wheel speed signals to display the average value in the speedometer of the cluster, determining if the wheel speed signals (right rear wheel signals) of the right rear wheels and the wheel speed signals (left rear wheel signals) of the left rear wheels are effective, and displaying an average value of the right rear wheel signals and the left rear wheel signals is the speedometer of the cluster if the right rear wheel signals and the left rear wheel signals are effective.
