POLYURETHANE COMPOSITION FOR ELASTOMER HAVING HIGH DURABILITY AND HIGH STRENGTH, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING POLYURETHANE SUPPORTING MEMBER FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION

A polyurethane composition is provided to produce polyurethane elastomers having high durability and high strength by improving compressive Young's modulus and wear resistance even without losing inherent elasticity of polyurethane. A polyurethane composition for elastomers having high durability and high strength includes 100 parts by weight of a prepolymer having isocyanate groups, and 5-50 parts by weight of a hardener comprising 4,4'-methylene-bis-2-chloroaniline. The prepolymer is obtained by reacting 50-70 parts by weight of polyol, 2-15 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent or chain extender, and 20-40 parts by weight of an isocyanate mixture comprising a first isocyanate compound and a second isocyanate compound. The first isocyanate compound comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of toluene diisocyanate and methylenediphenyl diisocyanate. The second isocyanate compound comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of p-phenylene diisocyanate, naphthalene diisocyanate, and tolidine diisocyanate.
