An optimal design method of a structure is provided to offer the optimum design criteria by using physical properties of UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites) to the maximum when manufacturing a single-span girder with UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites). An optimal design method of a structure is provided for making the optimum design for an RC or PSC I-type girder possible using UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites), wherein the UHPCC(ultra-high performance cementitious composites) are manufactured by inputting mixing water composed of water and high-performance water reducing agents into premixing type mortar composed of cement, sand, reactive powder, filler and thickener and mixing with a high-speed mixer, inputting steel fibers having different sizes into an admixture of the mortar and the mixing water in the single or hybrid type and re-mixing, and then curing for the appointed period.
