摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a steel-fiber-reinforced cement composite is provided to improve the ductile behavior and the mechanical adhesive of the composite based on wave type steel fiber and straight type steel fiber.;CONSTITUTION: Mortar is obtained by mixing sand, reactive powder, a filling material, thickening agent with the cement. The mortar is mixed with mixing water in which 90 to 99.5 weight% of water and 0.5 to 10 weight% of a water reducing agent. 1 to 5vol% of straight type steel fiber and wave type steel fiber are added, based on 100vol% of the concrete. The mortar mixture is cured for 1 to 3 days under a wet condition and is cured for 2 to 4 days under a vapor condition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
