Buying system able to exchange thought between participators and connected with an electronic bulletin board

An opinion exchange type purchase system linked with an electronic bulletin board is provided to present a gift to a user attaining an anniversary by enabling a plurality of users to buy goods what they want in association with the bulletin board. A purchase information input part(110) receives desired goods, anniversary, and purchase joiner information from a buyer terminal(300), and registers the received information to the bulletin board of a buyer. A purchase joining requester(120) requests joiners to join in purchase by informing joiner terminals(400) of the desired goods and the anniversary. A joiner group generator(130) generates a joiner group when the joiner confirms joining in the purchase. A first payment processor(140) respectively receives a part of a price of the desired goods from each joiner terminal. A remaining price provider(150) calculates a remaining price by comparing the goods price with a sum of paid amounts. A second payment processor(160) receives the payment for the remaining price from the buyer terminal. A purchase processor(170) delivers the desired goods to the buyer if whole price of the desired goods is received from the first and/or second payment processor.
