An apparatus to solve and filter separated boron material in a nuclear power plant is provided to get rid of the boron material and sludge in a sump through solidification after transferring the boron material and the sludge to a CWDS(Concentration Waste Dry System). A dissolver(11) includes a filter net(12) fixedly installed on an inner bottom surface in a horizontal direction. A first water supply line(13) includes a hose connector(13a) and is communicated with a bottom surface portion of the dissolver. A first water supply valve(14) opens and closes the first water supply line by being mounted on the first water supply line. A waste liquid transfer line(15) includes a hose connector(15a) on an end and is communicated with an upper part of the dissolver. A waste liquid transfer valve opens and closes the water liquid transfer line. A circulation line(17) is communicated with the first water supply line and the waster liquid transfer line. A heating circulation tank(26) is installed on the circulation line and has a plurality of electric heaters(18). A circulation pump(25) pumps waste liquid by being mounted on the circulation line between the heating circulation tank and the waste liquid transfer line. A waste liquid circulation valve opens and closes a waste liquid circulation passage. A second water supply line(20) includes a hose connector(20a) on an end and is communicated with the water liquid transfer line. A second water supply valve opens and closes the second water supply line. An agitator(22) agitates the separated boron material stored in the dissolver. The apparatus to solve and filter the separated boron material in the nuclear power plant is mounted on a cart to be transferred.
