A honeycomb adsorptive catalytic element having a function of adsorbing and catalytically oxidizing volatile organic compounds is provided to remove efficiently VOC(volatile organic compounds) with a low concentration generated from industries, a manufacturing method of the honeycomb adsorptive catalytic element is provided, and a method and an apparatus for removing VOC using the honeycomb adsorptive catalytic element are provided. An apparatus for removing volatile organic compounds using a honeycomb adsorptive catalytic element having a function of adsorbing and catalytically oxidizing the volatile organic compounds comprises: a honeycomb adsorption catalytic element(1) doped with a catalyst and an adsorbent for adsorbing volatile organic compounds to perform adsorption and catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds at the same time; a rotary motor(2) for rotating the honeycomb adsorption catalytic element at a predetermined speed; a pollutant supplying blower(3) for supplying exhaust air into an adsorption zone of the honeycomb adsorption catalytic element; a concentrated air blower(4) for supplying degassed concentrated volatile organic compounds into a catalytic combustion zone and supplying a heat source obtained by burning the degassed concentrated volatile organic compounds in the catalytic combustion zone into a regeneration zone; and separating devices(5) for dividing the honeycomb adsorption catalytic element into an adsorption zone, a heating and generating zone, a catalytic combustion zone, and a cooling zone.
