The present invention relates to a method for removing an organic synthetic odor material and a volatile material by using an iron component containing porous material, a device therefor, a method for manufacturing the device, and the device manufactured by the method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device for removing the organic synthetic odor material and the volatile material by using the iron component containing porous material comprises a first chamber, one or more adsorption plates, a second chamber, a third chamber, and a conveyor unit. The method for removing the organic synthetic odor material and the volatile material by using the iron component containing porous material, the device therefor, the method for manufacturing the device, and the device manufactured by the method according to the present invention can maximally adsorb an organic synthetic volatile material or an odor material in the air.
