A kimchi storage container with strengthened fermenting/aging functions, a kimchi aging method using the container, and kimchi prepared by the container are provided to prevent one part of kimchi from getting dry, to inhibit the acidification of kimchi, and to enhance the solubility of CO2 in kimchi for a fermenting/aging period. In a kimchi storage container having a main body(10) of which the opening is airtightly sealed with a sheet, a plurality of holding projections(11) are lengthwise projected along the circumference of the inner wall of the main body. A fixing member(20) of the kimchi storage container comprises: a contact part(21a) which has the same plane area as the inside of the main body and formed with a plurality of holes(21') at the circumference and middle of the upper surface of the fixing member; and holding grooves(22') which are formed at the circumference of the outer wall of the fixing member and are fit to the holding projections of the main body. Even if the kimchi storage container inclines to one side after the fixing member is inserted into the main body, kimchi juice is allowed to flow into the fixing member through the holes of the contact part. Thus, the kimchi juice freely circulates inside the fixing member and is re-supplied to kimchi. A kimchi aging method comprises: putting kimchi in the kimchi storage container with strengthened fermenting/aging functions; and allowing the kimchi to be constantly dipped in kimchi juice for an aging period.
