A system and a method for integrally managing e-notices, and a recording medium for the same are provided to offer a low cost and high efficiency EBPP(Electronic Billing Presentment and Payment) service by using a client mail account for integrally managing e-notice mails received from collection institutions in a server of an integrated e-notice service providing institution. The client mail account is registered as an e-notice receiving mail account by linking with more than two servers(270). When the servers send the mail including notice information to the registered mail account, the mail is received to the e-notice receiving mail account. Integrated notice information is generated by summing up payment prices included in the notice information. The generated integrated notice information is provided to a client.
