PURPOSE: Provided are a method for producing or testing skin care cosmetics by biophoton measurement and skin care cosmetics produced or tested thereby. Therefore, biological active components are screened, and skin care cosmetics containing them are produced. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing or testing skin care cosmetics by biophoton measurement comprises the steps of: measuring biophoton by biological active components of the functional cosmetics; determining the usage of the biological active components; and manufacturing skin care cosmetics containing then when it is determined to be useful.
