FLOOR FINISHING MATERIAL COMPOSITION OF SELF-LEVELLING USUNG WATER SOLUBLE SYNTHETIC RUBBER LATEX

摘要

A self-leveling floor finishing material composition is provided to have excellent physical properties such as adhesion, impact resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy, and elasticity, as compared with the conventional floor finishing material. A self-leveling floor finishing material composition using water-soluble synthetic rubber latex is prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of a base material, 0.5-0.8 parts by weight of a superplasticizer, 0.2-0.3 parts by weight of an anti-foaming agent, and 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of a retarding agent. The base material comprises 10-30wt% of the water-soluble synthetic rubber latex and 70-90wt% of a quick-hardening inorganic powder.
