A fixing device of a top pile manufactured in a construction field is provided to hold a plurality of top piles without separation when pouring sand and aggregates to the top piles by interconnecting lower frames of the top piles. A fixing device of a top pile manufactured in a construction field comprises rings(22) and a support(23). The ring forms an insertion area(21) for a lower frame(16) of a top pile(17). The ring is opened at one part to respond to the size of the lower frame of the top pile. The support connects two rings with each other. Screws(24) are driven into the lower frame of the top pile to prevent the rings of the fixing device from pulling out of the lower frame.
