A bio-chip is provided to apply a biomolecule to a bio-chip field such as in vivo drug target delivery and a biosensor by attaching a liposome surface-modified by coupling a biomolecule such as a protein, a peptide and a nucleic acid to a phospholipid double membrane of the liposome and then being attached to the surface of a solid substrate. A bio-chip comprises: a solid substrate having a hydrophilic surface; a phospholipid double membrane formed on the hydrophilic surface of the solid substrate; a biomolecule-biological anchor for cell membrane(BAM), an aliphatic group coupled to a lipid group of the double membrane being formed on the double membrane and a biomolecule coupled to the other end; and a specific protein which is coupled to the biomolecule-BAM with regularity and is able to be bonded to another material to be detected, wherein the BAM compound has an oleyl group on one end and an N-hydrosuccinimide on the other end as a functional group to be able to be coupled to the biomolecule, each of the oleyl group and the N-hydrosuccinimide is coupled to a polyethylene glycol chain having a molecular weight of 2,000-8,000.
