Poria cocos extracts having antioxidant and protection effect for human cell, manufacturing method thereof and cosmetics comprising the Poria cocos extracts

A cosmetic composition comprising the extract of Poria cocos is provided to inhibit oxidation of the skin and protect skin cells without side effects, so that the composition is useful for preventing damage of skin cells and skin aging. A cosmetic composition for preventing damage of skin cells and skin aging comprises 0.0001-30 wt.% of the extract of Poria cocos which is prepared by extracting Poria cocos with a solvent selected from ethanol, water, butylene glycol, propylene glycol and dipropylene glycol through heating at 50-100 deg. C for 1-20 hours or through dipping at 5-40 deg. C for 1-15 days, and concentrating the extract under reduced pressure and freeze-drying the concentrate, and is formulated as soft cosmetic water(skin lotion), nutrition cosmetic water(nutrition lotion), essence, cream, body cream or pack. Further, the extract of Poria cocos is additionally graduated by a graduation solvent after the extract of Poria cocos is extracted.
