A system and a method for managing distribution of products manufactured in a factory by using an RF(Radio Frequency) and a pallet ID are provided to apply to the distribution of the products having a short circulation period and processed in a FIFO(First Input First Output) mode by managing FIFO, inventory, and lot of the stored products with the RF terminal, which links an office with a warehouse to a WMS(Warehouse Management System) based on the pallet ID. An office manager PC(30) operates a warehouse management server(100). A manufacturing line PC(11) manages and controls production at a manufacturing line(10) by linking with the warehouse management server. A label printer(12) records information of a product in an RF label and issues the RF label by a control signal of the PC. An RF transmission server(200) collects the information received from RF terminals(21,22), transmits the collected information to the warehouse management server, and transmits the control signal or data of the warehouse management server to the RF terminals. The RF terminal reads/transmits a pallet ID assigned to each pallet loading the products and the information stored in the RF label to the RF transmission server, and displays the signal or the data received from the RF transmission server. An article database(300) stores the information as to the articles stored at the warehouse.
