PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate delivery quantity of shipping in the consideration of the forward delivery remainders of materials, and to drastically saving man-hours needed for the ordering processing of materials.;SOLUTION: A terminal 2 for claiming materials transmits shipping claim data D1 showing the article names of materials as the object of ordering and the quantity of the materials to a server 1. The server 1 acquires the forward delivery remainders of the materials and the units of packaging by referring to the list of the forward delivery remainders of the materials recorded in a DB 5, and compares the forward delivery remainders of the materials with the quantity of the materials of the shipping claim data D1, and updates the forward delivery remainders of the materials of the list of the forward delivery remainders by calculating the quantity of shipping from the units of packaging based on the comparison result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
