METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF PRESERVED FOOD 'RICE WITH SALMON AND WILD MUSTARD'

FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: chili pepper is cut and browned in vegetable oil, garlic is rubbed through and browned in vegetable oil. Tomatoes are cut and blanched, mustard greens are cut and frozen, rice is boiled until mass doubles. Skin-free fillet of smoked salmon is cut, cheese is grated, specified components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and saffron. Prepared mixture and sour cream are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: allows to expand assortment of technical facilities and dishes arsenal that is used in production of new preserved food, which increase assimilability of available dish from 7.6·10⁴ to 10.4·10⁴.
