FIELD: technology of food products making.;SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by pork cutting and frying in vegetable oil, onions and garlic cutting and browning in vegetable oil. Then parsley and dill are cut and frozen, beans are boiled until mass increases by 150%, corn flour is browned in vegetable oil, the said components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt, prepared mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
