FIELD: technological processes; chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: for production of items from artificial azurmalachite row of versicoloured fine-crystalline powders of main copper carbonate are synthesised, for that purpose at the temperature of 20≤T≤90°C aqueous solutions of copper salt are merged with metal carbonate in accordance with formula Cu2(1+x)(OH)2(CO3)1+2x, at that value x, which characterises proportion of copper and carbon atoms, lies in interval 0≤x≤0.5 that describes chemical compounds from malachite to azurite. Laid-down loose deposit is kept for 1-7 days in mother solution. Then powder is rinsed and dried at the temperature of 30≤T≤50°C. From powders of different granularity and different colour shades, manually or automatically, preset combinations of rectangular and/or curvilinear figures different in thickness and volume are laid and pressed with formation of preset relief of external surface. Laid combinations are pressed under pressure from 10,000 to 13,000 atmospheres, at the temperature from 20° to 100°C and time delay of 1-5 minutes.;EFFECT: provides provision of items from artificial azurmalachite with preset pattern and relief; acceleration of this process and provision of absence of necessity of additional mechanical processing of stone.;3 ex
