FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Casing includes polymeric based film containing mixture of polymer and tightness degree regulator on silicon basis. Polymer resin is blended with tightness degree regulator on silicon basis, preferably by polyhedrous oligomeric silsesquioxane. This mixture is extruded meanwhile a film is appeared on polymeric basis, thereafter it is oriented and casing for food products with correspondent tightness degree is prepared. The method of casing removal from cooked sausage includes syringing of adhesive into casing, and the adhesive forms thin coat on the inner side of casing. The invention allows producing firm polymeric based casing, characterized by the high degree of tightness, which is suitable for the particular type of food product, which is incased, and ensuring shelf life extension of food product.;EFFECT: shelf life extension of food product.;72 cl
