The proposal relates to a process for producing a synthetic isoprene rubber.; Technical complex comprises working chambers 8, 9 and 10 for the polymerization and polycondensation stages isoprene collectively composition system formed from components fed filling containers 4, 15, 16, hoppers 3, 13 and 14; activation processes carried out in the working chambers via the blades of the impeller 17 and the physical initiators 18 as magnetostrictive type emitters; the working chambers are connected in series cascade-interconnected via piping 20 and pumps 21; in the cavity of these pipes and the discharge spout 22 detectors composition and quality of the mixture introduced, connected with the liquid chromatograph 23, which allows continuous monitoring of the process of obtaining the individual systems and the final product by the method of rapid analysis.; The technical result consists in improving the properties of a material improving the quality of the resulting isoprene rubber, and - to increase the service life of articles, comprising in its composition isoprene rubber.
