The device has a spray header arrangement attached to a vehicle with a fluid supply line (4) running transverse to the direction of motion. The supply line includes connecting pieces (50), which are spaced from each other, for spray nozzles (6). Valves are separately controlled and/or actuated by actuating units over control lines, which are formed as control area network (CAN) bus lines (11), respectively. The nozzles are attached as multiple nozzle units (7) to the pieces by a connecting unit. An energy transferring actuating line e.g. fluid-line, is connected to the valves.
