The method involves driving rolls (110-15) of a printing machine (100) for processing of goods path and chill rolls (121-124) and/or guide rolls, which are driven by themselves. The chill rolls and/or guide rolls are registered regulated or web tension regulated. The regulation is stationarily or dynamically accomplished. An independent claim is also included for a processing machine for a gravure printing press.
