The piloted counterbore (8) has a contact surface (9) with a diameter of the counterbore, where the contact surface is coaxial to an intended rotational axis of the counterbore. A small unit protrudes on a shaft-averted side axially over a front cutting edge (4). A casing (7) is arranged on a shaft (3), where exterior surface of the casing forms the contact surface. A clamping device e.g. circulating groove, is provided for attachment to a die holder. A flexible ring lies in the circulating groove.
