The device (1) has a part (20) e.g. fluid flow limiter, perpendicularly interposed between two mounting clips (10, 10`) at a direction of flow of fluid e.g. natural gas. The part is housed in a counterbore (16`) that is formed in one clip (10`). The counterbore has a depth that is equal to a thickness of the part. An annular seal (24) is housed in two annular grooves (18, 18`) which are respectively formed in the clips, and is made of elastically deformable material e.g. elastomer. The part is supported against a base (16`A) and on an erected circular surface (16`B) of the counterbore.
