The method involves folding the supply railway (28) with pleating unit (14). The pleating supply railway is preset at a temperature. The pleating supply railway is fixed at another temperature, where the latter temperature is higher than the former temperature. An independent claim is also included for a pleating device for execution of the method for pleating of a supply railway.
