The device (1) has an electronically readable memory unit e.g. radio frequency identification (RFID)-chip (4), with a memory cell (9) and a position-sensitive sensor (10) assigned to the memory cell. The sensor determines a change of condition during achieving of an unallowable tilting position, where readable memory cell contents are varied depending on the sensor condition. The sensor is unallowably disturbed during achieving the unallowable tilting position or changes its electrical conductivity.
