The magnetic levitation vehicle (1) has a frame (12), a rear magnetic housing (11) carrying a bearing magnetic arrangement (5), and having a recess. A frame bracket (6) connects the rear magnetic housing with the frame mechanically. The frame bracket has an assembly section protruding in the recess and a primary spring arranged between the rear magnetic housing and the assembly section. A buffer element is arranged between the rear magnetic housing and the assembly section, such that a contacting of the assembly section is prevented by tearing of the primary spring.
