The device has housing (3), which includes longitudinal extension, which is larger than its cross sectional dimensions. The housing is filled for predominant portion of a volume with a filling (9). The housing consists of plastics such as polyester resin, in which metal particles such as iron, aluminum, copper or alloys of these elements are stored. A quartz crystal (11, 13) is provided in the housing. The portion of the plastics amounts to 30 percent to 50 percent of the volume of the filling.
