The antenna has multiple electro acoustic converters, which are arranged on a carrier. A holding element is engaged on the carrier for fastening the carrier on the vehicle body. An acoustic transparent cladding body is prearranged in sound incidence direction of the converters. The cladding body is defined on the carrier and the holding element is formed as spacer rod and an open intermediate space between the carrier and body wall of the vehicle body is exposed to water.
