The method involves manufacturing an air electrode (30) by a sinter process. Electrolyte powder is dispensed over a surface of the air electrode based on a composition of eutectic mixtures. The electrolyte powder is applied and evenly dispensed over the surface, under application of preset pressure by compressing the electrolyte powder on the air electrode. The air electrode is filled with the electrolyte powder that is attached on the air electrode by thermal treatment. The electrolyte powder comprises a composition of lithium carbonate and potassium carbonate.
