Low-noise broadband amplifier with:a first transistor with high electron mobility transistor (hemt), the first gate -, source - - and the drain terminals, in a source - circuit are configured;an active impedance circuit for providing an input impedance adaptation of the first hemt;an input terminal, which together with the first gate - terminal of the first hemt is coupled; andan output terminal, which together with the first drain - terminal of the hemt is coupled.
