The device has a handle (1) and a cutting tool (2) that is arranged at an end side of the handle. The cutting tool has a cutting edge (4) that is adjacent to a downwards directly cutting edge (3), where the cutting edge (4) is arranged at a lateral recess (5) of the cutting tool. The recess extends approximately into a center of the cutting tool. The recess is formed semi circularly, and a compression spring (6) is provided for spring-suspension of forces introduced into the handle. The spring is arranged between a tool grip (7) and the handle.
