The battery (14) has a heat conducting plate (1) for temperature control of the battery and also has multiple parallel and serially connected single cells. The channel structure is arranged in the heat conducting plate through which a heat conducting medium is flown and connection cross-sections (3,4) for the channel structure are extended from the heat conducting plate. The heat conducting plate is formed as cast part made of a heat conducting material and a cooling coil (2) is arranged in the casted heat conducting plate.
