The handling device has a handling part (7) that is spaced from a gripper (4) to rotate around an axis of rotation (34) in a direction at right angle to a working motion (27). The handling part is supported in fixed manner in a working unit (25). The two cam followers (12,13) are radially spaced and displaced in peripheral direction of the axis of rotation, and are arranged on the handling part that forms a drive lever arm (43,44). The drive lever arm is engaged with two intersecting pre-set tracks (14,15) that extend adjacent to each other.
