The engine (F) has two rotors, and a fuel cell and/or reversible fuel cell (A) utilized as a continuously operative source for generating an exact amount volume of hydrogen and oxygen, which form oxyhydrongen gas. A container (B) is connected to a mixing chamber (D), where the exact amount volume of hydrogen and oxygen and mixed oxyhydrongen gas is formed in the container. The mixing chamber is fixed at a fuel inlet of the engine, where the oxyhydrongen gas is utilized as fuel for the engine.
