The arrangement has a fastening unit (2) that is arranged at a non-woven strip (1). A vehicle seat-cushion-sided retainer is provided with a recess. An oval shaped clipping unit (3) is inserted through the recess, and arranged at the fastening unit, such that resting connection with a slot is received. The fastening unit has a reinforcement unit (4) that extends on both sides of the non-woven strip. The clipping unit is not symmetrically rotated, and manufactured from deformable plastic material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an assembly tool with a blade (2) a method for assembling a fastening arrangement.
