A health management device (1) for pregnant women which comprises:calculation means, anddetermination means, whereinthe calculation means calculates the amount of change in body fat and the amount of change in total body water between a non-pregnant period and the time of measurement based on the amount of increase in body weight between the non-pregnant period and the time of measurement, andthe determination means determines the health condition of a pregnant woman based on the calculated amount of change in body fat and amount of change in total body water.
