PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the overall quality of a channel of an evaluation object and the ratio of respective parameters within the system. ;SOLUTION: Cell data are received from an ATM(asynchronous transfer mode) channel 10, and an abnormal cell is detected by a cell erroneous distribution detection means 21, a cell loss detection means 23 and a cell error detection means 25, then the number of times of occurrence at the same time of abnormal cells is counted by a cell erroneous distribution counting means 22, a cell loss counting means 24 and a cell error counting means 26. A total number graph display means 27 successively displays a belt-like total number graph whose length corresponds to the sum of the counted results of the respective counting means on the time base of the screen of a display device 32, while a breakdown display means 28 divides the total number graph into plural area whose lengths respectively correspond to the numbers of the abnormal cells counted in the respective counting means and displays the plural areas so as to be respectively identified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
