The device has a tank or basin e.g. bottle, from which water (9) is drawn so as to send water with the help of an electric pump (5) through a tube (6) towards an exit (7) in form of jet, where the water is directed towards the tank by a recuperator (8) for forming a closed circuit. Another tank contains gas e.g. butane, brought to gas exits (4) by pipes (1, 3), where flow of the gas is regulated by a tap placed on the pipe (1). The gas is ignited via a spark or flame at the level of the gas exits, where the water is mixed with the flame.
