A gas source produces the combustible gas (5). The produced gas is mixed with water (3) before the water is emerged from water exit orifice (18). An ignition unit (9) is attached to exit orifice such that gas-water mixture (28) is ignited as firewater from exit orifice. A control device (10) controls the gas flow to outdoor place or building.
