The device has a current microsensor e.g. shunt type microsensor, including a magnetic circuit with magnetic cores (102, 104) that are in the form of parallel branches, and an excitation coil (110) charged from variable magnetic excitation of the circuit. The coil (110) is connected to an excitation circuit (210) by bonding pads (111, 112). A current coil through which an electric current (I) e.g. direct current, to be measured, is traversed to produce a magnetic field. A detection coil (120) i.e. inverse feedback coil, produces an inverse feedback magnetic field opposite to the field.
