The method involves possessing a device with a system having housing in shape of an open ring to receive elements constituting parts and organs to maintain the elements by flanging units. A closing unit closes the ring forming housing by mechanical units for positioning the elements. The pivoting devices have two open housings, which are positioned in opposition to close the housing in shape of the open ring on elements with or without elements maintenance unit. An independent claim is also included for an installation having units to ensure automatic or semi-automatic functioning.
